Razonia has been building long-lasting relationships from a very young age. She's never met a stranger and feels blessed to use her highly effective communication skills to create a successful business. Razonia started working in the PR industry while living in Dallas. She launched RMPR in October 2002 after moving back to Midland to be closer to her family. She has an eight-year-old son, Ryker (who is secretly a Ninja), a dog named Daisy, and numerous fish. She's an adventurous foodie, loves to read, and is an avid gardener. She currently splits her time between the Lubbock and Dallas offices. On the weekends, you can often find Razonia curled up with a book or reading through one of her many magazine subscriptions.
Sara is a graduate from Texas Tech University with a degree in public relations and works primarily in the Dallas office. Although she was born in San Antonio she’s a Valley Girl at heart, growing up in Harlingen, Texas. She loves learning new things, cooking, and going to visit her family whenever time allows. In her free time, Sara’s probably cuddling her dog, Saint, and looking for new music or shows on Hulu. She’s always laughing and spreads positivity where ever she goes.
Laurel is a senior Public Relations student who will graduate Texas Tech in December. Working as a student supervisor on campus, interning at RMPR, and taking classes this summer, Laurel is back in full swing after her semester abroad through Semester At Sea. She is passionate about working out (is a triathlete), photography, fashion, and spending time with her friends. When she goes home to Fort Collins, she spends time with her parents and sisters, three dogs, and 8-year-old cat the family rescued as a kitten. Creativity and strategy are her strong suits, and she plans to use those skills to pursue a career in fashion PR.
Kelsey is a senior Public Relations student minoring in Advertising at Texas Tech University. She plans on graduating in May of 2020. Kelsey was born in Houston, Texas and grew up in Colorado Springs, Colorado. She loves working out, spending time with friends and family, and being involved with her sorority, Alpha Phi. Kelsey enjoys listening to music any chance she can. She is very excited to be a part of the RMPR team. Kelsey believes with a flexible and willing to learn mindset, anything is possible.
