Her warm personality, authenticity, and highly effective communication skills have become the foundation of both her personal and professional success. Passionate about helping others tell their stories, Razonia has built a thriving public relations career centered on trust, creativity, and genuine connection.

Razonia began her journey in the PR industry while living in Dallas, where she gained valuable experience working with a diverse range of clients and industries. In October 2002, after returning to Midland to be closer to family, she officially launched Razonia McClellan Public Relations (RMPR). What began as a bold entrepreneurial leap quickly evolved into a respected and successful agency known for delivering strategic communication, impactful media relations, and authentic brand storytelling.

As a business owner, mentor, and communications expert, Razonia prides herself on cultivating strong client relationships and creating campaigns that leave lasting impressions. Her ability to connect people, ideas, and opportunities has made her a trusted name in public relations throughout Texas and beyond.

Outside of work, Razonia is a devoted mother to her 15-year-old son, who remains one of her greatest inspirations. She embraces life with curiosity and enthusiasm — whether she’s discovering a new restaurant as an adventurous foodie, tending to her garden, or diving into a great book. An avid reader with an ever-growing collection of magazine subscriptions, she enjoys quiet weekends curled up with a cup of coffee and the latest issue or novel in hand.

Today, Razonia splits her time between the Lubbock and Dallas offices, continuing to grow RMPR while staying connected to the communities and relationships that matter most to her. Her passion for people, storytelling, and authentic communication continues to drive everything she does.

Katy gained foundational public relations experience through her work at Razonia McClellan Public Relations, where she served as an intern before returning as an Account Coordinator and now a Junior Publicist. Starting as an intern in 2017, she assisted with communications across more than six client accounts, creating graphics, writing blog content, and managing social media. She later rejoined the agency again remotely as an Account Coordinator from May 2023 to April 2024. Now, a Junior Publicist, she regularly sees media circulations in the billions, manages media list development, built relationships with editors across major media brands, and supports multiple client accounts simultaneously with social media content, graphics, and event planning.

Darian currently serves as a Research Specialist at Razonia McClellan Public Relations, where she has worked remotely since 2024. In this role, she conducts media research and compiles targeted media lists to support PR campaigns across lifestyle, culinary, consumer goods, and B2B sectors. She monitors national and regional media coverage, tracks placements, and reports on earned media performance, while also identifying editorial opportunities and relevant media trends to inform pitching strategy. Darian maintains organized databases of media contacts, outlet profiles, and coverage reports, and collaborates closely with publicists and account coordinators to ensure timely and accurate delivery of research and reporting materials.

Katie graduated with a Public Relations and Strategic Communication Management degree from Texas Tech University in 2022. She loves all things public relations, designing graphics, research, and the art of creating lasting relationships. She is incredibly family oriented. She has a passion for traveling, baseball, concerts (especially Taylor Swift and Harry Styles). She loves trying new cuisines and restaurants. In her free time, she can be seen perfecting her photography skills or coordinating small get togethers with friends and family. She currently resides in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

Aanaiyah is a senior at Texas Tech University studying Creative Media Industries with a minor in Advertising. Her passion for storytelling began in high school, where she discovered a love for being behind the camera. She specializes in photography, social media, and graphic design and uses her creativity to capture and share meaningful stories. A Houston native and proud Texan, Aanaiyah enjoys reading, baking, true crime, exploring new places and cuisines, and rewatching New Girl. She loves spending time with her weenie dog, Suki, and hopes to pursue a career that combines travel and digital content creation to tell impactful stories.
