Razonia has been building long-lasting relationships from a very young age. She's never met a stranger and feels blessed to use her highly effective communication skills to create a successful business.  Razonia started working in the PR industry while living in Dallas. She launched RMPR in October 2002 after moving back to Midland to be closer to her family. She is married to a wonderful Sociology Professor, Brant, has a six-year-old son, Ryker (who is secretly a Ninja), a dog named Daisy, and numerous fish.  She's an adventurous foodie, loves to read, and is an avid gardener.  On the weekends, you can often find Razonia curled up with a book or reading through one of her many magazine subscriptions.

    Operations Manager

Although she is a self-proclaimed New Yorker, Korryn was born and raised in the Lubbock area. As a recent Tech grad with her degree in Media Strategies, she now has to keep from saying “Thanks and Wreck ‘Em” after every sentence. Korryn gained experience throughout college working at Caldwell Entertainment and the Cactus Theater in downtown Lubbock, where she grew fond of the entertainment industry and all it has to offer. She is wannabe food critic and a firm believer that there is a Taylor Swift lyric for whatever life throws at you. She watches any form of television produced by Shonda Rhimes (TGIT!) or involves Daryl Dixon fighting zombies. At any given moment, you can probably catch her tweeting Taylor Swift how thankful she is for new music, spending time with her family, or drinking blueberry tea.

    Creative Strategist

Sarah is a Public Relations major at Texas Tech with minors in Psychology and Sociology who never fails to go big. She is a fan of art, science, and everything in-between. People and their stories are her favorite things, especially if they come with pictures! Before joining us, she interned at the Lubbock Symphony Orchestra and she is also an account manager with RaiderComm PR student firm. Ask her about her media research! You can catch her satisfying a craving at Tea2Go, binge watching another show, or awing over baby animal pics on Insta.

    Social Media Coordinator
Kari is a graduate from Texas Tech University who currently resides in Kansas City, KS.  While attending Tech, Kari was an intern at RMPR and Covenant Hospital, while working part-time at Cardinal's.  She adores anything and everything social media.  We think she's the best at saying what needs to be said in 140 characters or less!  Kari grew up on Post, TX and her roots will always be firmly planted in the Texas soil.  An avid baseball and softball fan, she's conflicted...does she cheer for the Kansas City Chiefs now or her beloved Texas Rangers?

    Account Coordinator

Audrey is a Dallas girl at heart currently residing In Lubbock, TX to attend Texas Tech University. She is a Senior majoring in public relations with a passion for people, events, and writing. Audrey loves cats, bright colors, traveling, and anything having to do with food. In her spare time, you can catch her at a local coffee shop or tea room, writing for her fashion blog or posting to Instagram. If you're looking for fashion or home decorating advice, she's your go-to resource!

Amber represents the H at the bottom of the map while currently calling Lubbock, TX home. She is a senior public relations major with a sports management minor. She has a deep, unconditional love for her rescue cat Bella and on a day-to-day basis you can catch Amber: trying to understand a Game of Thrones episode, burning food that she attempts to cook after spending hours aimlessly watching Tasty videos on Facebook, and laughing + making the most out of college with some of her best friends - who she has had since first grade and came to college with! Amber previously worked as an intern with a non-profit called Fort Bend Cares, and worked with an independent minor league team, the Sugar Land Skeeters.

Gaby is from Honduras and is currently a PR senior at Texas Tech. She enjoys PR because of the challenges and diversity of fields you can work in (sports, NPO, politics, etc.) She considers herself a fan of the world’s beauty and tries to do her best to help preserve wildlife and the environment (she recycles paper and plastic). She has a white and black bunny named Manchester who she adores. She loves writing in her journal, reading books, and going to the beach or parks. She also love candles, the color green, and tacos. Some of her goals are to keep exploring the world, try new foods, learn new languages and live a happy life. She lives by the rules of simplicity and positive thinking!

She is adept in crisis management and saved the client much distress because of her ability to connect with the media in such a way as to ensure trust in the company.” —Juliette Storch, Founder, Folklure Group
