There are moments when we feel like life is not on our side. But I’ve realized that life is ALWAYS on our side, it is our mind and actions that make it seem the opposite way. Here are some tips for you to lift your chin up, get those good vibes on, and become the badass you were meant to be (Thank you Jen Sincero for writing “You are a Badass”).
1. Go from wanting to change your life, to DECIDING to change it.
You can hope and dream and talk about all these amazing things you want to do or become. These things are already within you or hidden somewhere in the world. But you must ACT and DO something about it. Things won’t just come to you. If you want that job, stop think about it too much and apply for it. If you want that slim and toned body, go to the gym and start eating healthy. DECIDE, DO, and BECOME (and take some risks while doing so).

2. Stay away from people who will bring you down.
Saying goodbye can hurt sometimes, but you have to put yourself first. There are people out there who don’t believe. Believing is MAGICAL! So, stay away from those negative vibes, they won’t get you anywhere.
3. Have a positive mindset.
From personal experiences, I can assure you that having a positive mindset can make things happen. This year I became an extremely positive and happy person. Why? Because of two simple reasons:

4. Love Yourself!
Loving yourself is THE most important rule you should follow. Love is such a strong force. If you love yourself you WILL believe in what you are capable of. Put yourself first, this doesn’t mean you should be selfish, it just means that you know your worth and your magic. Be confident of who you are. You are an important element of this world, you are unique and irreplaceable. DON’T sell yourself short!!

5. Forgive Yourself
We make mistakes, we learn, we become better. Let go of guilt and resentment. Don’t compare yourself to others.Holding to bad feelings will only harm you. Stop living in the past and start enjoying the present!
